Who likes walking down the High Street and seeing empty shops with dirty windows and piles of unopened mail that has been pushed through the letter box.  This is a most depressing sight a reminder that there has been a recession and many shops are now empty.

What a difference when there is a colourful graphic in the window, immediately making a walk down the street more enjoyable and more exciting.  Maybe just a colourful graphic to take away the grey depressing emptiness or an ‘ opening soon’ to let the public know that there is something to look forward to.
